Photo report
Before and after photos on every job, for your records.
What we install
- Threshold ramps at front, back and patio doors
- Ramps to entrances, gardens and fire exits
- Changes to steps and landings for easier access
- Handrails alongside ramps and steps
Planned around the user and the site
The right ramp depends on the rise, the space available and who will use it. We measure first and recommend a gradient and layout that works, following the OT's assessment where there is one.
Your report
After every job you get a short written report with before and after photos. It is evidence for your records, your inspector, your client or a deposit dispute.
Common questions
Can a ramp go at a fire exit?
Often, yes. We check the space and the route so the exit stays clear and usable.
Do I need planning permission for a ramp?
Small ramps often do not, but it depends on the size, the property and whether it is listed or in a conservation area. Check with your council if you are unsure. We can tell you the dimensions involved.
