- Contact details you send us: your name, organisation, email, phone number and the property postcode or address.
- Details of the job, including any information about the needs of the people who use the property that you choose to share, such as an occupational therapist's recommendations.
- Photos of the work area taken before and after a job.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and carry out the work you ask for.
- To invoice and keep business and accounting records.
- To provide you with reports and photos of the work.
We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running our business. Where you share information about someone's health or disability, we use it only to carry out the work safely and as specified.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to do the work, for example with our sister company Essex Door & Window Repairs if you ask us to pass on door work, with our accountants, or with service providers who host our website and forms (Wix).
How long we keep it
We keep job and invoice records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, normally six years, and delete enquiries that do not lead to work after a reasonable period.
