What the job includes

Your report
After every job you get a short written report with before and after photos. It is evidence for your records, your inspector, your client or a deposit dispute.

For most jobs, residents can stay in the building but should keep out of the room while we treat it. We agree the plan with you first.
How long does it take?
Most single-room jobs are done in a day. Larger jobs or ones that need repairs take longer. We tell you when we quote.
